My Nieghbour was locked out by new malfunctioning patio door lock. I called Inderjit and he was here in minutes. He went out of his way actually to do this job first. He explained that since the door could still be under warranty ,if he were to enter through it that it could void the warranty. So he went through the front. Very professional, and knowledgable. Will not hesitate to use or refer him.
I was very happy with the service from True Lock & Security Services. The team was here within a half an hour and were able to help me with my lock situation and gave me a real great sense of security. They also ensured that all my other locks were secure and that I felt safe in my own home. They were professional and very nice and efficient. I was able to send them a picture of my lock prior to having them come over and they saved me a lot of money. The price I paid for my security was minimal considering the alternative of a couple hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend this team and Company to anyone. They were nice and helpful. Considering that they could have charged me for a brand new lock and installation which was my original plan because I was not sure of any alternative option that would fit my door but they ensured that I did not overpay and I was very happy with how they treated me and my home. Thank you very much for the quick service and great customer service.
