I wouldn’t recommend this Lincoln dealer (or any Lincoln product) if the cars were free. They are not trustworthy, fabricate stories and lack any character or integrity. Simple the worst experience I’ve have ever witnessed.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lincoln showroom in Mayfield. The service was far below the expectations of sales salesperson and manager There was a clear lack of professionalism, attention to customer needs, and courtesy. I expected a premium level of service from a brand like Lincoln but unfortunately, this visit left me extremely unsatisfied and wasted my week time .
