Was shopping for a chandelier for my staircase and went to multiple stores. I had pictures of my stairwell for reference to show the sales reps when I got there. 3 of the stores I went to had no idea what would look good and most of the stuff they had was online. Frustrated I searched my phone one last time for a light fixture store and lando lighting came up. I drove from Oakville to Brampton and when I got there I was amazed at how big the store was and how much selection they had. Not knowing what would look good I showed the sales rep my stairwell photo and he suggested a chandelier based on the size of my staircase and exactly how I should hang it so it would look good. Within 10mins I was out of the store. I installed the fixture a couple days later when it was ready for pick up and I couldn’t be happier. This is a store that knows what they are doing. Will def recommend!!
Great selection and great service. Went to other stores and none compared to the selection and prices that you get here. And of course can't forget the friendly and accommodating staff I highly recommend you ask for Steve and or Nick. I will be definitely shopping here again for more items. Lou b

August 2025 purchased a linear light was told it came in brushed gold, there was none in stock and would order. Gave us an estimate arrival time of two weeks ( purchased a couple of other lights as well. We followed up after waiting for their phone call in two weeks and was told our order had arrived. When we got to the store in Brampton. Did not have the Kichler kitchen linear light. They said there was a mistake made and it will be there in another two weeks - we waited for their phone call & called after two weeks again another bunch of lies telling us it had arrived the warehouse and Nick Lando will contact for delivery (took down our home address) no phone call - waited and called the store spoke to Steve Brown (the sales associate that sold us the light) He told me would call me Saturday Oct 4/25 and he did telling me good news the linear light was here and Nick will be delivering to our house sometime Monday. I waited until 2pm and called the store and Nick told me there will be a outsourced delivery person delivering the light and will call me one hour before arriving with the light. More lies and disappointment. I called and spoke to Nick Lando on Tuesday he promised the delivery would be at my house by the end of the day. Again more lead along lies, I finally called yesterday and told them we will come to the store to get a refund which we did. End of story they lead us to believe they were following up with our order and had our $850 for two & a half months. A bunch of scam and bad customer service. Never recommend this company to anyone. Zero rating.
Great selection of lighting with lots of modern and classic styles to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me to the right fixtures for my space. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Would definitely recommend Lando Lighting in Brampton!
