Initially they offered us half an hr consultation with a minimum donation of $40 but It was kinda a trap to book their actual hefty consultation which was $500 per hour. I booked two hours and deposited $1000. I thought they will start my case in this consultation but they were just asking all of my details and again started advising how they will start my case. Even they wrapped up this two hrs consultation in one and half hr. And in the end again asking me to deposit $2000 more for the next consultation to start my case. It was just a money making trick from this law firm. I found that this law firm is more about taking money out from your pocket rather than resolving your case.They did the same thing with my friend too. We both hired another honest law firm who are actually making efforts to resolve our cases, not just interested in making money from their clients. I'll never recommend anyone to go with this law firm.
I am not one to provide ratings casually or frequently, but am doing so out of sheer gratitude. I have nothing to gain from writing my review nor was asked to. I can firmly attest that our family (for three generations) has relied on this law firm for almost all of our Real Estate Transactions and we have never been displeased. Not only did Elliott Dale handle my father's huge ordeal over an investment building property battle, but he saw my family through the sales and purchases of three homes. Elliott goes above and beyond just providing the bare necessities/fundamentals of Real Estate closings, as many other law firms do. He will give you valuable tips and advice, look over every aspect, detail and document; and will pick out clauses that could be detrimental to your purchase or sale. Only once did we end up going elsewhere (due to uncontrollable circumstances) and that firm made a huge catastrophe of the accounting, their ledger statement in addition to closing late, incurring all kinds of late bank fees. I regretted ever going elsewhere. Now my son has purchased his first home and we have done so through Mr. Dale. Dealing with this firm has provided my family with the confidence we need to deal with any real estate transactions and dealings (no matter how complex they may be). I cannot thank this firm enough nor express my utmost gratitude. Every one of the firm members is kind including Ashley, the law clerk, who stayed late to accomodate us. Mr. Dale, hopefully, you will one day be handling my daughter's home purchase and all future purchases to come. I also consulted Mr. Steiman and Jesse Phipps at the law firm with another matter. Unlike some other firms, they only took a small $40 donation and did not ask for more, though my consultation went over an hour (after business hours). I was treated with respect, kindness and understanding by each of them (and trust me, there are many other firms whereby after the retainer, you will be met with sheer arrogance and coldness).
Don't seem money hungry. Great advice given
A family member approached me with a complicated wills and estates issue asking who they should talk to - time was an issue. I recommended Elliott at Dale Streiman and he saw her immediately, gave her excellent advice and prepared the needed documents right away. I've known Elliott for years, he knows his business and he's great to work with.
Stay far far away. They are abusive to their staff, exploit them every way, are sadistically mean and very ugly, especially Elliot Dale. I gave it no stars actually, minus, but the system does not take it without the star
