We had two walk-in closets done by Altima Kitchen (master + guest room) and had a great experience! From the start, the owner gave us honest, budget-friendly ideas. Juhi, our designer, was super helpful and easy to work with. There was a small design issue during installation, but Anmol, the supervisor, took care of it quickly and made sure it was fixed in a reasonable time. The installers were professional, covered all walking areas, and cleaned up nicely before leaving. It was on-time delivery, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Altima Kitchen!
My wife and I just finished a new build and worked with Altima to produce 2 Kitchens and 5 bathrooms for us. The work they did was excellent - from our first meeting up until project completion they were communicative , efficient and super helpful every step of the way. Our kitchen was remodeled recently. They did a reasonable job with design and execution just as we originally expected. They also sticked to the initial quote. They had a good collection in store to choose from. They provided designers who could help with the design process. I would recommend altima for others. However, for future clients, i would strongly recommend speaking all the requirements to the minute detail upfront because any changes to the simplest of things will not be appreciated. I also would recommend discussing how the work related damages, if any, should be handled. We had to shell out considerable sum to fix some of these damages and for the couple of weeks' delay in the schedule due to flight ticket cancellation. If these were accounted for and communicated properly, we would have had a much more peaceful experience and would have given 5 star reviews.
