I am a customer to this place and today is buy one get one free. The special was not mentioned when I paid and when my shake is already paid she don't want to give the free shake.
As a long-time customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars at Booster Juice locations over the years, this experience is not just disappointing—it reflects a clear, sad trend: the overall quality has absolutely deteriorated. I want to emphasize that the employees were kind and professional, but the issue lies purely with the product standards. I used to rely on this place for a substantial, healthy meal replacement. I paid an outrageous $8 for a Chipotle Steak Wrap, and what I received was a joke. It contained so little steak it was pathetic—a thin smear of sauce and vegetables wrapped up for the price of a proper meal. It's almost comical that this $8 "meal" barely weighed in at 160 grams. If you charge eight dollars for a protein wrap, the main ingredient should be substantial, not minuscule or nearly invisible. This lack of value and inconsistent quality is truly unbelievable.
Normally i have a great experience at this location but today it wasnt so good. I asked for a drink and an egg wrap. The girl who i havent seen before had gloves on and i noticed they were a bit wet. Idk how long she was wearing them and what she was doing before hand. So she takes up the wrap and shes about to unwrap it to warm it up. I stop her and i asked if she can change her gloves. She said she’ll wash them but she wont change them. That was a very weird response to me ive never heard of anyone washing gloves before. So I kindly said i will just take the drink and not the sandwich and i got a refund and went next door to pick up some food.
I tried pirates booster juice at this location but it’s consistency is just low grade and just contains water in it as haven’t asked for ice in but it still feels like water and i have tried same one in other locations(Toronto union station) but the quality and quantity was too good.
Amazing service! Best drinks! I always come to this location and every time I come here I get greeted with kindness and served promptly. Manjot makes the best drinks consistently! Super sweet and friendly with great service.
I am here on a Wednesday and there is only one person working. The lady in front just left out of frustration and now I had to leave as well because people have to get back to their jobs, or pick up kids. If this business wants to survive or excel in this location the owner needs to have at least 2-3 people working. They are losing customers because of this.
