Went there and didn't feel welcomed. The staff I dealt with seemed too judgemental about what u wearing and if u ask any questions politely he seem to get fed up. Asked for a new kara design and he didn't understand it 5 times. Then other person just showed me tht easily. They lost good business
I had a fantastic experience buying jewelry from Janak. Setting design was precisely done with CAD drawings. Final product came out exactly as the design I chose. Ram and his family are generational jewellers and are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Great communication, product, and service. I would highly recommend Janak jewellers.

I visited this place again yesterday, this time with my 75-year-old mother. Unfortunately, the experience was upsetting and unacceptable. As we entered, the front door was so heavy it swung back and hit my mother’s ankle, causing it to bleed. Shockingly, no one acknowledged what happened — not a single word of concern, apology, or kindness. Throughout our visit, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. We weren’t allowed to hold or properly look at the items ourselves. Instead, a staff member insisted on showing us how to "properly hold" the jewelry — a patronizing and unnecessary action, especially toward my elderly mother who has lived here for decades, raised a family, and deserves basic respect. It felt as if the level of service depended on how we looked or what we were buying. If you’re dressed up and appear wealthy, the staff seem attentive as per few others feedback. But if you’re just an ordinary person, you’re barely acknowledged, let alone treated with courtesy. This kind of behavior is disappointing, especially from a business in our community. If you're considering shopping here, I strongly recommend comparing prices and service elsewhere before deciding. Our visit ended with frustration and sadness, and I felt it was important to share this experience. Also, I found Ram — one of the owner— to be particularly rude during our visit.
Owner is rude and aweful service. Would never visit again. ............................. I went back again last week, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The same rude attitude persists. They refused to show me any selections simply because I didn’t have my daughter with me, even though I was shopping for her. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t even acknowledged or treated as a potential customer. Given this experience, I don’t feel the need to call Ram.
I got my custom engagement ring from Janak Jewellers and I am absolutely obsessed. The entire process, start to finish, was easy going and efficient. Ram was such a great help and asset towards designing and creating my ring. I would definitely come back again for any future pieces and have told all my friends and family to as well.
