HORRIBLE!! Angali not only dismissed my questions and request for help. She dismissed my problem and stated that she didn't know what the next step was. Not only was she rude she disconnected the call midsentence. Please don't bother using her or certas. Perfect example of money hungry wolves. Forget the commercials, she and her employees will not help. What best describes het? Ignorance, selfish and dismissive.
