I order burger here. They ask me to wait for 20 minutes but food arrived after 40 minutes and it doesn’t look like it is fresh and patty is not even proper cooked it is too spicy to eat . And burger is not proper assembled when i opened i found difficult to even hold it .

It was quite disappointing, especially because we had guests over, and it felt embarrassing to serve food in that condition. I kindly request that you look into this and provide a resolution. December 2 at 7:46 pm i picked buy 1 get 1 of veggie burger and veggie noodles They can say whatever to defend themselves but i can say with 100% of certainty that they were just clearing their food that was going stale buy putting a promo the food was smelling worst then my house garbage bin.
I wish i could give less than 1 star if there is an option. First of all when I placed the order it was all empty and the girl told me that it will take 15-20 mins for my order. After sometime there were alot of people and i figured out that the those who came after me keep getting their food. I called after 30 mins and ask about my food and the girl who picked up said my food is ready long time but nobody called me. When i went to pick up she said i am sorry i missed calling you food was sitting here. What kind of customer service is this What if i don’t call how long should I wait? The food which i received was so bad. I ordered phija kulcha they made phija kulcha as chat. They added red green chutney with anaar (pomegranate ). It taste so bad. I literally had to garbage. I also ordered veg noodles, the portion was so small. The container was just half filled. It taste stale and weird kinda taste i thew everything in the garbage in front of their food truck. There were people standing so I haven’t cane to complain but the girl has seen me throwing the food. Not recommended at all. Highly disappointed.
Highly recommended place we had a order of spring roll and it was delicious. That’s all I gotta say it was perfect hot and fresh and was not like a long time Wait for the order so yeah once again keep it up. Don’t get me wrong, but it’s better than all other food trucks in Brampton. And the main thing is, they never asked me to put a review on Google. I just did it because I like the food so it’s not a false marketing like others do.
