WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. i want the owner to please contact me .. I am a regular customer of tawa kitchen. The food is quite good but the services are soo bad that i dont wanna continue here. Whenever i call them to order they never pick up the call like neverrrrr.. and due to that i have to come from 8km far and give the order and wait for the food. Upon asking the girl working in the front the replies that we dont pick up the call sometimes .. likee whatttt why u dont pick up .. she says what u wanna order and i am asking the problem that why u dont pick up . Its a murder of basic customer service and they dont wanna listen and keep asking me to order .. not even apologising for the cause .. i really don’t recommend this place because the the worst customer service.
Looking for Authentic Amritsari Homely Food…Than STOP at this spot and you will not be disappointed…The warmth with Kulvinder ji and Raman will serve you the food here will be amazing…Really Loved the experience…Superlicious…HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I don't care about the ambiance I only care for the food.I ordered paneer tikka and soya malai champ. Both the items were poorly cooked. We had to almost throw all the food. It had raw flavor of soya , no flavor at all and was dry like rubber. This locations sucks
My experience was very bad because the service was very slow and on reception there was no one. They were not listening the customers and one person went back after looking no one on reception.?bad experience
I recently ordered Amritsari Kulcha, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The kulcha was soggy and lacked the crispiness typically expected—it felt more like naan than an authentic kulcha. The chana was overly salty, which made it difficult to enjoy.
Very disappointed, Regret I wasted money second time, Ordered Dara Singh prauntha, honestly no stuffing only dried methi with salt,red Chilli. Second order was vada pav, after 15 minutes they mentioned that they don't have pav but will make on burger bun, which is insult of vada pav. Also, ordered amritsari kulcha which was not at all stuffed. I felt very bad of throwing out the food, really disappointed, not recommended.
