It used to be better. So called “sales guy” push to sell stuff with comment “ people who bought this before liked it”. But it’s a trap, especially for frozen Fish. I bought mackerel & small fish- both very bad and stale. Sam if you don’t put effort to ensure quality & service- you’re in trouble for sure.
First time here. Bought a bunch of stuff. However realized while unpacking at home that most of the stuff was really old stock. I won't be going back. For anyone who goes, please make sure you check manufacturing dates before putting stuff into your buggy so that you don't get ripped off like we did.
Pathetic experience!! Brought a cooker from Sam 8 months ago, the cooker was defective from its very first use, but never got a replacement, refund or store credit from him. Kept saying he will get the washer replaced for the last 7 months whenever we called. Finally visited his store & was baffled at his callous & rude behavior. Left the store asking him to keep the money & cooker with him. Extremely disappointed!!
Bought 2 packets of matta rice- pavizham brand. Opened it after 2 months and we find it full of bugs. However, the shopkeeper refused to take it back or refund. Srilankan store is better.
This guy sells expired products also. Had to go back twice to return products. He do it on purpose and say it’s the mistake of some stock keeper. Sold me 2016 expired product in 2018.
