Their customer service person is very rude. They do not answer the question exactly. The lady was very arrogant. I just called them for general queries but she was keep saying rudely that this has a consultation charges. It was just common questions.

This is based on my many years of experience and my perspective. I spoke with the owner about this, but they took no action. The staff is rude and lacks social skills while interacting with customers. Even if you have many positive reviews, there can still be one poor one, in which case you should rethink recruiting new employees and provide them extra training. You are off topic with whatever you are commenting on. The woman rudely disconnected the call while I was still on the line. It's not out of annoyance, and this review wasn't even about an application; it was about a new visa inquiry about a senior citizen. Instead of portraying customer wrong look at yourself as well. There are many visa places in Brampton you’re not the only one.
