Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Shailesh is extremely rude and not willing to listen to his clients. If you have any questions after your session and try to call him two or three times for clarification, he acts like you’re wasting his time. He doesn’t have the patience or basic communication skills needed to deal with clients properly. This consultant seriously needs to learn how to deal with clients. Listening is the most basic skill, and it felt like he had no interest in doing that. Proper communication was missing from the start — if things had been explained clearly, I wouldn’t have had to ask the same questions again and again.
