I am extremely disappointed with this agency. They were not updated about current immigration rules and programs, which caused serious mistakes in our PR file and led to a refusal. We faced a huge financial loss because of their lack of knowledge. Their behaviour is very rude, they rarely respond, and they only answer calls in the evening—never more than once a day. Whenever we asked doubts, they gave wrong or unrelated examples instead of explaining clearly. When we showed them the forms we had submitted, they first blamed us and later changed the experience details during filing without informing us. My sister-in-law also contacted them and they had no idea about the latest programs, so she went to another agency. Also, even after the PR refusal, another staff member who didn’t know anything about our case kept contacting us asking for a five-star rating. Very poor service and not recommended.

However, due to subsequent negligence from them, I had to leave the country and return home due to visa rejection.they did not have their thorough research.
