I hired GVI in 2019 under a retainer agreement to assist with my PR application. Due to COVID and Canada halting FSW draws, I understood there would be delays. However, it has now been over five years and the service I paid for remains undelivered. I have recently contacted them to proceed with my case since I am in a stronger position and already in Canada, but neither Paul nor his team have been responsive in any meaningful way. Instead, their communication feels dismissive and evasive, which is not acceptable. The retainer agreement clearly states it remains valid until the service is delivered, and I expect them to honor it.

While you referenced the contract terms and the visa officer’s decision regarding my application, it’s clear that your response was not based on a careful review of the actual refusal letter or the contract terms. The refusal letter clearly states that the application was refused due to inconsistent information which was provided by your team. As per the contract, it was GVI’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information submitted on my behalf. This is a technical error for which your company is accountable and, according to the contract terms, is subject to a refund. Additionally, I had confirmed this exact point with Paul in his office prior to payment, when my friend made the payment in cash on my behalf. If you are Paul you might remember that, if not please ask your team in India to forward you my email communications and application details. Please don’t reply blindly.

3rd class service and non efficient staff. Did not bother to reply back for months. Fake Postings on insta and FB wont work. Try to satisfy your clients with work.
