I, Jaspreet Kaur after completing my 2 years experience working as a Home Childcare Provider, applied for Permanent Residence through another consultant. My name is Rajiwinder Kaur. I filed my case in 2021 from Global Village Immigration solutions Ltd by Harmanjot Sodhi. I filed my case under home support worker. I received my application number in July 2021. In 2021 in November, I got my biometric, but the embassy wrote my application number wrong so that’s why I couldn’t get an appointment for it. Harmanjot sir and his team sent a request to the embassy regarding this issue I was having, and it was the Embassy’s fault since they gave the wrong biometric to the wrong application number. In July 2022 I received my biometric once again. I was relieved the case was moving forward. At the end of the year 2022, I received bad news that the employer that I filed my case with has passed away. So, then I found another employer to get my case through. In Feb 2024 I received my medical and after 15 days I received my passport request and then I got my visa for a work permit in 19.03.2024. I would like to thank, Harmanjot and his team for helping me throughout my case updating my documents and reaching out to the Embassy promptly for me to get my visa. This case was difficult with some complications however they handled it well and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to file their case. The best team out there. Thank you once again.
My spouse Rajwant Kaur Bola has received her work permit today along with me with the help of Harmanjot Singh Sodhi. I came to Canada along with my spouse who is a GNM nurse from back home. I Harkamaljeet singh karda, as I applied for work permit in 2007 for Canada and I got refused and again my spouse Sarvjeet karda Applied under Quebec skilled worker in 2011 as she is a registered nurse in India and after many years in the process our file got refused just because of income tax issue.
