We were scammed by Flagstaff immigration. We used this service to apply for a super visa. I decided to check with an MP's office on the status of the application after 2 months and it turns out the application was never filed. The consultant has repeatedly ignored all of our calls and emails, it is almost like she has just disappeared. We are very confused about what's going on with the file and don't know where to proceed from here. We would have accepted if a mistake had been made on the application - the appalling and very disappointing part is that she is completely ignoring us after over a month of trying to contact her. Extremely unprofessional and a total scam. I would strongly recommend finding a different consultant.
