I had a very disappointing experience with your immigration service. I was charged a significant amount in advance with the assurance that it would be refundable if the process did not move forward. Unfortunately, not only was the service never delivered as promised, but the money was also not refunded despite multiple follow-ups. This kind of practice feels dishonest and unprofessional. Taking advance payment without providing proper service or issuing a refund is completely unacceptable. I feel cheated and regret trusting your agency. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payments upfront.

Honest Review: - I was recommended to him by my roommate for my CEC PR application. Initially, was a little apprehensive since CEC is a pretty straightforward process and felt like doing it by myself. By god's grace, to this date, I am extremely happy that I took the decision of going with ram and his team at arctic immigration. One of my companies where I worked was creating problems for me when it came to my experience letter, they were refusing to put my responsibilities properly. To combat this issue, ram and his team, drafted a formal letter and sent it on my behalf to my employer. The minute they received it, I received a modified experience letter.
