Staff here are extremely lazy and rude I guess they dont like working there. You ask one question and they get irritated and start showing attitude. They make you feel they are doing a huge favor to you for just being there behind the counter. I have gone through the comments and 70 % of 1 star reviews are about the team , shame on Lennox that haven't solved the problem. I guess thats the culture at Lennox to be rude and arrogant. I stopped installing and reccomending Lennox units anymore.
Always have exactly what I’m looking for or get it shipped in quickly. Great staff, especially Brenda, going above and beyond to show me where the coffee was while I waited for my parts. Keep up the great service !
They have lots of different parts here that you can't find in the big box stores. Anytime I need a hvac part I usually just go directly here and do not bother searching anywhere elsewhere. If you need something very specific and rare, they can find it for you and order it pretty quickly for you. I have had good experiences with sales reps that are pretty good in answering my questions.
Such a shame. Lennox makes pretty solid equipment, but their front line staff are either horribly understaffed, or horribly incompetent. Longest hold times, getting hung up on after waiting on hold, lack of a protocol to allow for emergency parts pickup. They leave the contractors and consumers hanging and they should really change their poor culture of bad customer service. I've encountered this at multiple locations.
Worst supplier EVERRR!! They will never pick up the phone!!! I’ve been on hold for over an hour and half and no Anwer !! There is only two people working in the front and they are EXTREMELY SLOW at their job which is delaying everything and everyone!
Just got off the phone with this company. Not able to provide information about apparent current price increase due to covid. You get information only if you have an account. You don’t get an account unless you’re a professional. So, they set up their Air-Con industry in a way that you’re at the mercy of all installers to tell you the price of the unit. Unfortunately almost all installers we contacted told us different prices for the unit which confirms the concern for possible fraud due to the lack of transparency. The other issue is that the lady on the phone just hang up on me. Terrible.
Horrible customer service, every time I call I have to wait on the line for almost an hour for somebody to answer the phone. Very inconvenient, no supplier is like this. It just makes it hard to deal and do bussiness with Lennox
