Beware of Misleading Advice I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Patanjali store. I visited their store seeking guidance for thyroid medication. The lady, I spoke to provided me with a product claiming it would help with my thyroid issues. However, when I expressed doubts about the product's purpose, she assured me it was specifically for thyroid problems. To my shock and dismay, after consulting with an India Patanjali store I discovered that the product given to me was meant for preventing clots, not thyroid issues. This misinformation could have serious health implications. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of the products and advice provided by the Patanjali store staff.
Shop Guy has NO professional manners etiquettes he is busy talking to other customers who keep asking needless question about his "shop lucky charms decoration" instead of paying attention to customers waiting to ask & buy for products. He DOESN'T care people are there. Stuff is plenty but aloe Vera juice prices are double at this location comparing to same product another grocery stores
Watch for their products. They sell expired products by putting a second label on the first label (after changing the expiry date). And they also do their best to hide the expiry date on the first label with a marker [To see both labels make the bottle wet and labels come off.] This is the second time I have noticed and this time it is on Neem powder. My first experience was with the Giloy powder a few months back. And both times products tasted like expired ones (not the actual taste). I talked about it with the lady (I guess she was the owner) after my first experience but they still do not mind selling expired products which is illegal. Also, check the seal under the lid to ensure it is intact. Don’t buy if the seal is broken or open. I recently experienced an open seal on one of their products.
It is a good place to get ayurvedic meds. Often you get good discounts. The staff is willing to answer all your queries, even on fone. Also, if they do not have the product we are looking for, they suggest good alternatives.

The owners and workers are kind and provide great service. I visit often mainly for the kesh kanti shampoo, which has helped me a lot with my dry hair problem. Keeps my hair happy and healthy. Also, drinking their amla juice consistently for 3 months has surprisingly increased my vision. I notice I need my glasses less and less everyday. Overall, their products aren't cures, but rather help me to live a healthier lifestyle
