I order from uber eats today, driver said thats all the bag they gave me. In my order cocoa energy bites are missing. Its on around 4 dollars but still i need to eat that
Extremely Rude staff. I called yesterday for one question but the girl who picked up the call she is so rude and put me on hold. I walked in for food and she seems like like frustrated from me. She is a indian girl. She behaves like why i am there for food? Is this is your customer service Never recommend to this place. Not worth it. Employees should learn how to do customer service.
The food is absolutely disgusting, ordered a chicken bowl, it tastes like stale hospital food and even smells gross. Ordered off Uber so can't really do anything about it, but do not recommend, I wouldn't eat this for free. Horrible quality food, the chicken and the veggies taste like they've been sitting around for days. I don't really like leaving reviews about businesses like this but I cannot express how disappointed I am in the quality of the food. Would not ever order again.
Just ordered. The box was half empty and paying $13 for a salad here and getting half boxes is a rip off. avoid this location at all cost been here couple times always messing up orders. Rude Staff.
Major health violations . Person working in the kitchen not wearing hair net and having open hair . This could literally damage the integrity of the food . Even a single hair stand into the food is a complete disgust.
First time trying freshii and never again. Rude staff, asked her to make a burrito made a bowl and wouldn’t even accept her mistake and is making the burrito with attitude. If the owner is reading this review please teach your staff some customers service.
I am a regular customer. When I came into the restaurant today it was FREEZING the poor lady working is all bundled up wearing a winter hat etc. This is not the first time I have came here and it's been frigid. If there is a problem with your heating system the owner should supply a heater of some sort so the customers and employees arnt freezing. You could get sick that's how cold it is.. 11 degrees I checked the thermostat me and my father also work in the HVAC industry and it was warm the other day we were here.. Does the owner not care about his customers or employees? maybe should shut the heat off in his house and see how he feels in the middle of a Canadian winter!!!!!
