I love this place! It’s tough to find such a wide variety of healthy options on the go, but Freshii always takes great care of me. Keep up the good work and don’t change the prices ;-)..
Showed up at 6pm, sign was on lights were on doors were locked and no one was Inside, not even a sign on the door stating that they had closed for any reason. Very disappointing
We had a delightful experience at Freshii, savoring soup, wraps, and salad around 8:15 pm as they were closing. Despite the late hour, the flavors were exceptional, and the service provided by the friendly lady made our visit memorable.
The lady working here on Friday, March 31, 2023 in the opening shift was TERRIBLE. She has the worst customer service skills. She talks to you like she is talking to someone else. Then she prepares my food and puts it on the side, barely mentioned that it was ready. I did not know if she was talking to me, so I continued waiting. She started working on something else and did not even mention my food is ready a second time. I was standing there with my hands in my pockets waiting for my food, and when I walk over to the other side I see my food there. Probably sitting there for 5 minutes. She is ruining this business. I will not be returning to this franchise ever again. I will also be complaining to head office if I don't get a response from the owner of the store. Extremely rude service. I'm not coming for a free meal, I am paying money for the food. I do not deserve to treated with such disrespect. I will wait a couple days before I contact head office.
I usually order later in the evening but today I ordered and the avacado/lettuce were both stale. They were brown. I usually get fresh food from here but this is the first time i ordered mid day. Its actually inedible. Waste of money...
Healthy recipes , combinations of fresh ingredients..... for people who are looking after themselves. Mani behind the counter very polite and helpful... AAA.
Went to get one of their soups. Was made with the wrong broth two orders that came a few minutes after me left 5 minutes before me. The soup was flavourless because of the broth choice so essentially I starved on my break and barely got to eat it as I was there for 15 minutes. I’ve ordered before and never ran into this issue but today was just frustrating. The person making my order was moving significantly slower than the others in preparation. I would say consistency of all staff is important and timeliness.
