Went in the store looking to get some wood cut. Started speaking to one of the employees. I asked about two questions and they made it seem as if u was bothering them. Mid conversation the man I was talking to started walking away and went to the back as if I didnt intend to come into THEIR store and spend MY money. Would NEVER go back. They need to retrain some of their employees on customer service.
We were send to lumberland by our contractor when we were doing bathroom renovations. The place looks small from outside but inside it is huge. Lots of options and great selection for bathroom Vanity and faucets. Tile collection is just amazing. The shower panels are discounted and the prices are better than lowes or rona Do visit the lumberland if you are planning to give your bathroom a new look
Good selection of stuff and they allowed me to swap a vanity for another no questions asked. I tend to switch my mind often but they helped me pick out some really nice stuff. The service there is great.

I thought it was just me. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Surprised the cousins are still in business! Dont waste your time. They pick and choose their customers.
