Terrible service. I jus went there nobody in line. The guy makes a mistake punching in the order so I have to wait a few minutes before I can pay. Then right after I pay a woman tells me to park around the corner and she will come in 2 minutes. I said there's no 1 behind me..I said if some1 comes then ill move. But she insisted I wait around the corner because something about the service time..the women was extremely rude. So I then am waiting almost 5 minutes where I drove back around cause there's no1 in line. .and my food is jus sitting there while she is slowly walking around not even getting ready to come outside.. she sees me at the window and jus hands me my food with no apology or a word. To the management..tell your employees to stop telling the customer to park and wait around the corner after paying so they can cheat the service time
Whoever works at the a & w late night sucks at their job they always mess up my drink with my order I always have to report the order for a refund. No butter with the toast or no milk or cream with my tea or they mess up my tea and give me coffee this location sucks
The guest service was awesome and the staff were very friendly and specially the customer service It was busy in afternoon but the supervisor was handling everything so well and in an organized way i was really impressed
Ordered on Uber Missed all toppings Missed all cutlery n napkins Missed one item Fries came cold Called the store 4 times twice they didn’t pick up 2 times phone was not clear Worst store worst service garbage food I don’t even know why r these people in business or they open their store
I work at the Red Lobster just beside this place. My coworkers and I always come for a quick bite before or after work. The employees are so kind, we love coming here!
I recently visited the store, and it was excellent! Everything was clean and well-organized. I ordered a hash brown sandwich for breakfast and asked the staff to add whatever they thought would taste good. It turned out amazing, and I loved it! The customer service was fantastic—special thanks to Amrit for serving me so well. Highly recommend everyone to visit at least once!
