One of my best stop for morning coffee and sometimes the evening snacks . The staff , the maintenance , the conversation skills and the respect you got as a customer is 10/10 . Thank you so much to the whole staff .
Got a crispy chicken Burger with habnero sauce..A&W is well known for the burgers but wat we got today was a shocker Dry bun cold patty no sauce..I want to tell the staff please work for the resturants name..
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Prabhjot Kaur during my visit, and I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and positive attitude. She presents herself in a very genuine and approachable manner, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Prabhjot handled my order efficiently, communicated clearly, and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout.
Waited almost 5 minutes at the drive-thru window with no service even though there was no rush. Three employees were visible, but no one open the window . When I ordered, the staff member seemed uninterested and said she like there is rush even though nobody was behind me. Very disappointing experience — I hope management
This is my regular a&w I go to with my kids every weekend. Staff is always nice and go above and beyond. Clean washrooms and awesome little kitchenette with a low sink for kids.
This was by far the worst A&W experience I’ve ever had. The staff clearly need proper training in both customer service and English communication. As an Indian, I was immediately addressed in Hindi without being asked my preference, and when I mentioned that I don’t speak Hindi, their attitude shifted noticeably — they became careless and dismissive. The food was also a disappointment. The onion rings were falling apart — the batter had completely separated. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I will not be returning.
The guy who was on front in cashier was not even know how to greet a customers. About food services was worst too I have ordered a burgers to takeout but when I checked at home I not even get any ketchups for burgers.
