Went for hair smoothening. The staff told me that the result will come out best but after 2 weeks of hair wash it turned out extremely bad. Waved from front and back. I avoided putting hair band or clutch. I again went to them to show the result and owner said that the products here are FDA approved and don’t do complete straight. Then why not they told me the same thing on the day of my smoothening?? Why after 2 weeks?? Also she said she will put some products again and will straighten my hair and i thought about it and it was big NO NO. I didn’t go there again to protect my hair.also I took spa from them on the 3rd day of my hair smoothening that wasn’t worthwhile too. I pay $300 to them and though the results are extremely WORSE. Also the staff is unprofessional and mismanaged. Also went for eyebrow, upper lips and arm waxing but they almost ripped it. Made eyebrows thin after told so. Only a lady with fair complexion is bit perfect than others.
I went here to thread my eyebrows and I very clearly told the lady to keep it mine thick and to simply clean it up a little bit. Instead she threaded thin and made me bleed in the process. If you like thick eyebrows, this is not the spot to go to.
I didn't have a good experience with this salon. I went there for my hair spa and hair trimming with an appointment. The girl there trimmed my hair unequally and did spa later on. After that, she didn't even washed my hair and told me that there is waiting time for 40 mins even if I was with appointment. She left the task in between. Then a boy washed and dried my hair. Even, my hair were the same , no change and beauty came even after washing. Uneven and worse trimming ever. I had to fix it after washing my hair and straighten it at home.
This is the weirdest salon I have seen. It says open but two times this week, it was closed when I arrived. When I came yesterday, they told me all technicians were out and I could get an appointment for today at 6. I specifically told them to call me if anything changes with my appointment but I received no call. When I came here, the salon was closed again. Very bad business practices, no respect for customer’s time. I don’t think I will come here again.
So i wasn't satisfied by my hair cut initially, but the girl hair stylist is a life saver. Highly recommend her. She fixed my hair immediately. The owner gary is also very helpful and courteous. Thank you girl for saving my hair! This review was written by me 3 months ago after a nice hair stylist fixed my hair after it was destroyed by another hair stylist in the SAME salon. I was pretty satisfied and happy by that girl. She was experienced. Update is she left. And I dont think they have any good lady hair stylist here. Just a couple of learners who ll learn hair cutting by experimenting on your hair. I took my 12 year old sister to this salon again for her hair cut. She requested for a layered look. The hair stylist not only gave her a horrible hair cut but also argued with us about the haircut being appropriate (which was not) . The owner asked me to bring my sister again and he ll make sure that she gets the right hair cut by someone else in their salon(I wonder who). I immediately said no to that and asked him to refund my money which he did. VERY thankful for that. Nobody likes to come twice for a hair cut. One time they screw it up and the next time the owner tries to fix it. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Its the owners responsibility to find good working force for his salon who knows what they are doing. Long story short this salon is a big no no. Quality and time over money ladies, ALWAYS. Spend money and get a good hair cut from a high end place but don't waste your precious time coming here. This place maybe good for minor services like waxing etc but let me tell you they do not know how to handle your hair.
Sandy did an amazing job with my haircut and eyebrows! They gave an amazing volume to my thin hair that I was longing for such a long time!Highly recommend them.
Do not go to this place for hair they do not know how to cut hair whatsoever. I went in for bangs and the lady took so long to cut it and couldn't get the two sides of my face even after few attempts by her I left since it was just getting annoying. Called the salon the next day to complain I was offered to come in by the salons manager. Thinking that maybe the owner will know how to fix my hair I went in. Big mistake. She chopped off half my head just for bangs. They are still uneven and are even shorter now. They look nothing like the picture shown but instead I'm missing half my head. It looks like I cut my own hair with the kitchen scissors. If you don't want to look like a lunatic do not go to this place for hair or eyebrows. They don't know what they are doing.
