I came to Hallmark at Brameale city Center and Madonna did a perfect job at leading me to the best one I appreciated her enthusiasm and mindfulness. Now I know exactly where to go for all my cards !!!
This is the type of customer service every store should have. I was greeted by Noor and we spoke briefly before I went on and started viewing the ornaments. She stayed nearby and made herself available for questions and help, which I appreciated; It's difficult to go in to stores nowadays and be allowed to shop on your own without someone breathing down your neck. She answered all my questions and was very thorough and delightful. Great customer service provided by Noor.

I went in to get a card and a present for my mother's 78th.. I was followed as soon as I entered to view the angel figurines. Would NEVER enter or purchase anything in that racist store. Went to Saje and got amazing customer service!
