I appreciate their business but i don't like the manner in which they conduct their business. Got a loan from them in exchange for some.personal property. When I went to go pay it back, they told me it would take upto 30 minutes to return property once I paid. The first time I tried to pay, I didn't have thirty minutes to wait around so I left. The interest kept accruing until I returned a month later. Once again, they told me I had to wait. However, im pretty sure the property was on site and locked in a safe because no one left or entered the premises while I waited. So all in all, I appreciate their business, but I wouldn't return given how this transaction unfolded. No one told me about this wait when the money was lent and it is fundamentally inappropriate. For example, they would never let the client take the cash to return later with the property.

Disgusting attitude by the young lady, 0 class. Beware that they charge you a $20 fee just to test jewelry with the x-ray machine. What a joke! I have been to many cash for gold places and this is the first time I ever heard of this.
