PMW recently assisted us with the construction of a legal basement. The overall work quality was okay, but the project experienced delays and several instances of miscommunication. They entered the property to store materials without providing prior notice on multiple occasions. Additionally, I encountered repeated communication challenges with some of the workers who were not able to speak English.
