When my grandmother passed away we went to various crematoriums, and found that Brampton crematorium was the best choice. We met with Nicole D'sa and she explained everything very well. She was very empathetic and when we didn't understand something she would re-explain to us. She showed us the different options available. She made the process easygoing during this difficult time.
