Just got a wrong flavour of icecream. My friend had gotten me the wrong flavour by accident. When I went back exchange the owner herself was like “ well you ate it?” When I took a bite to taste and ofcourse didn’t end up liking it. And politely asked if I could maybe change the flavour. And all three employers just gave me attitude. I get that it might be a store policy but they definitely need relearn on how to talk to customers. Bc I don’t need all three ganging up on me. And seeing the ratings for this place, it clearly shows that they don’t know how to accommodate to their customers
Love the small 6 dollar frozen yoghurt tasty like ice cream its frozen fruits of your choice and frozen yoghurt and milky bubble tea with tapioca Pearl's was good slushie was very good the offer for 12$dollars extra with tapioca Pearl's 10$ friendly customer service
Writing this review after waiting almost two weeks for Yogen Fruz to get back to me in response to a recent incident. I ordered their non dairy ice cream for my daughter with a diary allergy. She’s had it since she’s small. At the Bramlea City Centre location after verifying ingredients and asking several times. Was charged for a non diary but given a full dairy version. What a mistake. We almost had to take her to ER to bring down the sever reaction. The explanation by the employee “she saw it as regular ice cream” either their ordering process is broken or employees need more training. My child could have been seriously sick had she eaten more than just that one spoon. What’s the point of having a sigh that says let us know your allergies. The location at Square One used to wash their machines before processing the non diary versions. Expected the same standard but will never return to this location. So disappointed.
Yogen Früz or Früz Tea is my regular stop at Bramalea city center, Brampton. Summer drinks are fantastic. I like to drink ? Mango Soda with popping Mango boba in these hot summer's days. Green Apple soda is another delight. Mango Slush is favorite of my family. There's are a lot of good options available on reasonable prices.
Me and my husband were previous customers of Coco Bubble Tea, but stopped going there because their level of customer service went downhill. I made a Google review regarding what I've witnessed during my last visit with them, and they refused to have my review posted. A "review screener" is perhaps monitoring the number of negative reviews. Yesterday we went to Yogen Früz to try their bubble teas and a young man who is working solo served us with so much politeness and a smile. This will be our new bubble tea turf. Their drinks taste good and refreshing, and can compete with the other bubble tea stores. We'll definitely be going back to try the other drinks they have. Thank you very much again for your courteous service.
I love this location! Almost every time we come to the City Center, we get a cup of yogurt! My 3 year old LOVES it here!!! Our personal favourites are... Strawberry/Peach Strawberry/Banana Raspberry/mango
This location also serves bubble tea. I like that they have popping bobba options but the wait is a bit longer and the customer service is hit or miss. The drinks are good but a bit pricey compared to other options
