ABSOLUTE DONE! They messed up my order when I ordered online! I order two tex supreme burgers for me and my brother and they gave mexicana burgers! THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT! THEIR SERVICE IS VERY TERRIBLE AND I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE ANYMORE!
The chicken was terrible. It was greasy and full of fat. The batter is thick and tasteless. A 3 piece combo came with 2 tiny legs and a thigh that was inedible due to the chunk

Got an offer in Uber Eats for 1+1 and decided to try it. Ordered and paid for 2 meals with the 1+1 offer but received only 1 set. They refused to provide the missing set. Worst customer service. Not recommended.
Brutal it was over 20 minute wait for a simple Family Meal in a super hot restaurant where nobody speaks English and could barely speak English when I took my order pure ignorance at the counter and incompetence behind it I do not recommend it here at all complete disappointment overpriced horrible service
My experience was good. I wanted only chicken breast instead of a mixture of legs, wings and breasts, although I was charged a little more i was satisfied with the purchase for more than two of us.
I’ve been a regular customer here for over 4 years, usually coming at least once a week. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down a lot recently. The chicken sandwiches used to be my favorite, but now the chicken patties are so small you can barely taste the chicken — it feels more like eating just a bun and salad. I even gave them multiple chances, ordering 4–5 times back-to-back thinking it might just be a one-time issue, but it’s been the same every time. On top of that, prices have gone up while portions have gotten smaller. Very disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
