I had a terrible experience at Tip Top Tailors in Bramela City Center. I tried to return my items, and even though I met all the requirements for a return, they made a huge deal out of it and eventually turned me away. They accused me of altering the suits, even though I never wore or altered them. The wedding we were supposed to attend was postponed a few months and the suits were unnecessary at this time. Initially, one of staff was going to process the return, but then a manager? Lol named Cindy intervened and made a big deal out of it, ultimately refusing to complete the return and was too busy making assumptions . She was rude and unhelpful throughout the process and kept giving me “I’ve worked here long enough to know when they have been altered” WELL i think you’re dululu Cindy and need a break from your long term position. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping from Tip Top again and don’t recommend you too, if you ever want to return anything to these people goodluck.
I had an amazing experience shopping at this location. The person who served me, Anas, went above and beyond to take care of me and get me exactly what I was looking for. I felt like a valued customer, which is not something you always feel at retail stores these days. Anas, just want to say thank you again and I'll be sure to be back soon for a suit! :)
I would give 0 stars if I could, the manager(?) , was very rude and even racist to me , as I stepped in the store to try some suits. I asked to try a shirt with some suits , but he was very reluctant to let me try. When it wasn’t a good fit, he gave me a “told you so” blaming me for trying the shirt. There was also barely selection when it comes to shirts but that’s besides the point. They did have more assortment of ties though. Overall , rude customer service and barebones selection . Avoid until they fix these problems.
I am writing this review to express my dissappointment over the difference in communication for return and exchange policy days. I have explicitly enquired and confirmed exchange days before buying 3 articles from your shop located at Bramlea City Center. It was told to me that for exchange, 90 days of policy is there but due to size issue when I visited back after 38 days, your boss and representative simply denied me stating exchange is possible within 30 days only. Why you are giving wrong information to your customers at time of purchase then. I am highly dissapointed with this mislead. Before buying these on 18th Nov 2023, I had clearly shown my intention of gifting this items in India and even mentioned that if size doesn't fit and once I am back in Canada than I will be either exchange or request for return but now you are refusing completely and simply not listening at all. These are no more useful to me. Pathetic after sale service and support. Will never recommend your product and service to anyone.
