My friends and I try to come every Thursday. Sadi and Luciano always treat us well. Great place to watch the Raptors/ leafs / TNF and the wings are great!
I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Sadi. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive, and her recommendations were spot-on. What really stood out was her professionalism and genuine care—she made sure our food was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Sadi’s positive energy made the whole meal feel even more enjoyable. If you visit the restaurant, definitely ask for Sadi. She’ll make your dining experience unforgettable.
I had an amazing experience at Knockout Grill! The food came out fresh, flavourful, and packed with that knockout punch they’re known for. But what truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Sadi was my host, and she was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was perfect and checked in at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive. It’s rare to get service that good these days, and she definitely elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for great food with even better hospitality, Knockout Grill is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Luciano took care of us and did a great job. Super friendly, checked in at the right times, and made sure our food was exactly how we wanted. Solid service.
I Went around lunch time, service was great, however we purchased the jaffna fries and for the price, the portion did not equate over, the jaffna fries also needed more sauce and seasoning on it as many fries were not coated in the sauce well, as far as the main course we ordered ribs and wings (Memphis sauce for wings) with fries as the side. This was good meal. However we also did get the margarita pizza this was poorly made unfortunately with a lot of sauce and not enough cheese and again for the price was not necessarily worth it. Restaurant has good potential to improve however for the time being it does have to make some changes to portion sizes and preparation of the food.
Booked a party here for about 30 people. The manager was very helpful in arriving at final arrangements for set-up, food and drinks. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food, atmosphere and service were great. Everyone in attendance was very happy. I would definitely recommend this place and will make a point of returning.
The food was pretty good and the bartender was nice but they cut their alcohol with water. Probably because the LCBO is on strike right now. Not the place you want to go for a drink.
