Worst customer service. Called this guy to help me set up the box for a old guy, started being rude unnecessarily. Says the provider is dumb to not program the box. What the heck? You do not know how to talk to people, leave customer service jobs. Jeez. The guy bought this box 2 days ago, if it is not working or the customer is not satisfied, they should return it. But this guy was exceptionally rude and not helpful. Disgusting
These guys are bunch of crooks. "Etiquette" for them means NOTHING. they grab the customers when they activate the services but when the customer wants to go to other provider/business - they don't even entertain them. They think that they are "all that" but dealing with them is just terrible!
I went to purchase the box and get it programmed..guy goes we don’t program.they had like 10 tv”s with boxes running at the back..they do al the programming in the world.they only program boxes for ppl they know.but if you walk in they wont..bad service..typical desi customer service..guy wasn’t even interested to sell..never would go back..worse place and worse location..not a single customer at the store..they will be shutting down soon! I
Service was fast & efficient. Received the box the very next day I ordered. My only criticism would be when I called, the person answered "Hi". No company name, no introduction, nothing. I thought I was calling someone's house. Made me feel like the interaction wasn't very professional. At any rate on their website it said free shipping but I was charge $15. But when I mentioned it, he credited me the shipping. So all in all a very positive experience.
Always got wonderful generous and excellent customer service with latest and top of the line products . I would recommend tango for best prices and great customer service
