This store really needs to update their hours because EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to the store it’s closed but still has the same operating hours on google ??

I had new ear piercings done today at the Bramalea City center location. Janet the staff who did the piercings was so patient. She adhered to appropriate hygiene practices. Even when I requested that she sanitize again for my peace of mind, she did it patiently without any obvious attitude ?. Thank you again Janet.

Very worst service… Don’t book here for any piercing. Not professional at all. We have booked appointment online and the employee denied to do the piercing even though we reached before time. We travelled for nothing.
I took my daughter to Claire’s for an ear piercing today, and we had a wonderful experience. Janet, the lady who did the piercing, was incredibly friendly and comforting. She explained everything thoroughly, making sure my daughter felt at ease throughout the process. Janet was very professional, wore gloves, and maintained excellent hygiene standards. I got my ears pierced here and Karen did a great job!!!I love her and she explained how everything goes and boom all done ✅.I really appreciate her and recommend this place for piercings.And they do offer free earrings upto $17 per month for a year!!!
