I am a regular customer at rexall for many years being there on a Wednesday around 4: 15pm there was a young guy at cash&along him was a tall female very absuive towards the worker,she was absolutely disgusting to him,he had tears in his eyes I was Flored with her behaviour,she was very rude and aggressive towards him&shortly after another employee came to the front and addressed her as the manager,I left all of my items I was going to purchase and left,I said before leaving I will never shop there again.If she is a manager there there is a big mistake in having her there,absolutely no people skills at all.I would not recommend this rexall at all,all because of this rude disrespectful manager.
I have to say that the Customer Service at Rexall Vodden is amazing! The Manager and Pharmacist was super helpful when there was a miscommunication. I am forever grateful for the accommodation they have made for me, especially since I don't have benefits with my employer. Thank you so much for your help today! This is the only pharmacy I go to and it's been over two years. They say ask and you shall receive and this time it happened. Hemand the Pharmacy Manager was very helpful especially when I had an issue with Trillium! When you get customer service like this it goes a long way
It is a smaller pharmacy compared to Shopper’s but they specialize in the product line, are more readily available and address your concern and prescriptions faster than Shopper’s. Ease of access make them a more favoured destination for the pharmacy needs. Located in a nice plaza at Vodden and Kennedy in Brampton.
The pharmacy is fine , this review is based on the pharmacist that works here, tries to force everyone to get vaccinated with a lot of pressure including pregnant woman . Takes pride on how many ppl they have vaccinated and discriminates against ppl that don’t want to
The main reason they get 3 stars is for the staff at the front. The pharmacy part of the store is not the greatest where customer service is concerned. Several times, I have stood at the counter for upwards of 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. 2 pharmacists are right there talking, they avoid eye contact and continue talking. There was one lady recently who walked around doing other things AFTER speaking with the other pharmacist for a few minutes while I waited. It's fine if you're busy BUT acknowledge your customers. If you need a minute, say so. AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE SOME EYE CONTACT, possibly a smile, give me a little point to let me know it'll be a minute, SOMETHING. I didn't need a prescription and only as I turned to leave was I acknowledged. If my regular pharmacy was opened at the time, I would have gladly gone there. I used to fill my prescriptions here but I stopped for this reason. When I go into Cumberland Pharmacy right across the street they ALWAYS greet me, ask how I'm doing, etc. They go over and above which keeps me coming back and recommending them to others.
I usually don't give a 5 star easily but the service these guys provided was outstanding. My boy was prescribed some special formula food which wasn't available anywhere and when all the major pharmacies refused this store/pharmacy went all out to ensure I receive it. They kept their commitment and kept us informed. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to everyone who was involved. God bless you guys!!
