I spent $9200 on Kitchen countertop and backsplash. Called them multiple times about issue of scratches and marks on countertop after installation. First Lady was rude and said that customer waste their time as there are no issues without having a look even. Called the kitchen contractor who gave their reference. The Second Lady called after couple of days and said sorry for other’s lady’s behaviour and she promise to send someone to have a look - that day never came. Just lip service. They are not at all professional and does terrible job on finishes and on service issues. Won’t recommend due to quality and due to their non professional behaviour.

They seemed to be busy with existing customer base, with less attention to new customers. I felt little taken back with their mind my own business attitude. Good part is they shipped us to the warehouse of supplier who tends to be good and patient.
I ordered countertops from here. They make 90 degree cuts with a worn out circular saw. The vinyl was scratched up owing to poor handling in the warehouse when I went to pick it up. No tape on the edges to protect from scratching like a good workman should be applying. Not impressed. I wouldn't order my counters from here again ever.
We decided to try them out after multiple quotes from different vendors for kitchen countertops. we went to their location picked up the countertop we liked we got the estimate based on my ruff measurements right away. To my surprise quote came in much reasonable than others paid deposit and they came to do actual measurements right away and installed the countertop on specified date and work was completed in a clean professional way took care of all my concerns. I would recommend place to anyone who is looking to do Countertops.
AVOID THIS PLACE !!! Usually i don't give review but the behaviour of the lady on the front desk forced me to. I really felt insulted by her behaviour, you get treated like dirt. Very Arrogant, Rude, Unhelpful & Ignorant & they have no shame on giving this kind of treatment. Its like they are doing you a favour by letting you shop there. I experienced all this in 10min of my time there, then i left. Went to other place where i found the service i needed. I WOULD NOT EVEN DEAL WITH THEM IF THEY GIVE ME EVERYTHING FOR FREE !
