The workers are nice, but why are the products so expensive? The store urban beaviour literally has everything on sale and pretty good quality too! I never buy anything from ardene because it's expensive as hell. I just go to urban beaviour, winners, marshals

Hello, i had a great time at trinity commons ardene! the sales associate Alisha(I think i spelt her name wrong not sure, she has black hair, very pretty!) was so sweet! she walked by the fitting rooms and told me I looked really pretty, which really boosted my mood. She was very sweet and helpful with finding items I wanted, and even helped me order an item!
I had a great time shopping at this location. The manager not only helped me herself but ensured all my needs were met. There are great sales here with amazing discounts! Would definitely visit again.
I wish there’s a rating option less than 1. Worst customer service ever seen at a store before. The staff is so rude, does not help you out at all. So we asked for help from this Indian girl and she was so rude to us like seriously. Never shopping at Ardene anymore !
Sales people and their manager in the store are very rude. They have big time attitude. I was trying to use my first time 20% and when I went to use it, the cashier did not know if I could use the discount. She looked at her Manager and her manager gave me dirty looks and replied in loud voice with attitude that we can’t give you 20% but we can manually give you 10%. I asked why so, again in loud voice she replied because our systems are down. I said Thanks, paid for my stuff and I left. The Manager at this location is so rude and has big time attitude. Ardene should train their employees some customer service skills and how to be pleasant to their customers. I felt so embarrassed because the way Ardene’s manager treated me in front of other customers in the store.
Never been to an Ardene's before. I'm Christmas shopping with my wife and have to say it's a fun store. What made it even more fun was that the salesperson was very helpful and courteous. Some nice classic clothing and trendy items as well. If I were a teenage girl, I'd have a heyday in there...that is if my mom or dad were with me.
