very rude individual, when I approached to him no greeting only impolite gaze. guy expected that customer should know everything about product, not all customers are repeat customers. When he figured out that I am new then he gave me ridiculous amount of quote for one item, when I was ready to arrange payment there was no arrangement of point of sale machine for debit and credit only cash payment( no Invoice )or e- transfer if you need Invoice. very unprofessional
Went to Sherwood for printing my Ontario Bar Exam materials. They print tons of these. If you live in the Brampton area, Sherwood's rates are comparable to the printing shops in downtown Toronto that print bar exam material, and is closer than all of those locations. Great binding options and great turnaround time too.
Terrible customer service skills. Would not recommend. Man was disrespectful and rude. He began yelling over the phone over a quote. He didn’t have the paper that we inquired about so we asked for his suggestion. He didn’t know what paper would work for menus
Very convenient location for getting my prints quickly.I emailed my documents and went to the store in 10mins.Good quality prints were ready and delivered as soon as I reached.
Very professional and fast! I misread/misunderstood the message regarding the quote and came in expecting my patterns to be printed, when in reality I had never actually gotten back to them requesting the print job! Oops. Definitely my fault, but they were very fast and accommodating and printed them for me while I was there. I got large format sewing patterns printed, and will be going back for all my pdf sewing patterns! So much easier than trying to 100 A4 pages together, and confident knowing that they will print to the right size and scale without any headache on my part :)
