First of all when I called to place my order they were amazing from the get go customer service was second to none and when we picked up our order they were packaged perfectly all 600 cookies and they looked so amazing. The owner came out to talk to us and she was super nice .
Loved the Christmas decorating kit. I bought the 10 cookie pack, and apparently it only comes with 3 icing colors, but on their website it is advertised as a pack that comes with 4 icing colors and 1 sprinkle pack for both 10 and 20 packs. They honored the description on their website and ended up sending me the 4th icing color and it came just in time for my holiday office event! Cookies were delicious and the icing was easy to use. Would definitely purchase from Cookies by Design again, I would just be sure to double check on their packaging if you’re particular (like I was) about the number of icing colors you’ll get!
Kat was so helpful with my order for my family. I was ordering from out of province and she made sure of all the details needed, double checked the address and phone number and let me know when the order was delivered. It was such a great peace of mind. And the cookies were delicious!

I bought a 8inch birthday cake, it is very very sweet. Felt like cookies cream used for this cake. Not only me, everyone who ate this cake felt the same. Also cake was not soft, little disappointed.
