Bisma was amazing!! She helped me pick chocolates for my friend’s bday and made the whole thing so easy. Super sweet, great vibes, and her recs were perfect. Loved it!
Disappointed with the Customer Service I visited this location recently and was really disappointed with how I was treated at the reception. The staff member didn’t speak to me properly and her behavior felt very rude and unwelcoming. I was excited to try their chocolates, but the attitude at the front completely ruined the experience.
Absolutely horrible service… we lined up at 8:50pm 10 minutes before close and there were three customers being served but the man working there. After 5 minutes of waiting, he tells us that he is closed and he can’t serve us anymore… unprofessional completely. I didn’t know you close 10 minutes before your obligated shift. Very poor service and extremely disappointed with his attitude.
Visted this place for the second time. Previously experience was good. Current experience was really bad. lady working their had zero sense of customer service and was very rude. Never coming back again.
My wife really likes this place but unfortunately they don't keep all the flavors all the time they keep switching them. It's like we drive all the way to this place and find out they don't have the flavor, other wise 5 star review was a must in Givens 4 stars only because of that
The only legit chocolatier, unless you count Laura Secord, but Purdys has a larger selection. And my favourites are here too (milk chocolate Himalayan pink salt caramels)
