CRACK my back?! Are you out of your mind?!!!! :-0 BUT WAIT! I was skeptical for a lot of years (over 20 years) to go to a Chiropractor due to the 'horror' stories I heard from others. But now that I am older and the pain in my lower back got to the point where I tried everything and nothing eased the pain, I thought I would finally give-in and make the appointment. Like anything you do concerning your health, you have to do your homework and I did. I had to see/feel for myself if going to a Chiropractor was for me or not? As they say...better late than never, after my first session my back actually started to feel better!!! I know it's too good to be true and I didn't believe it either until the following days, my back did not hurt as much. I was doing my morning stretches as usual. FEET FIRST!!!!! Your poor feet carry you all day long and they need to be taken care of first! I was fitted for a new pair of orthotics and after 2 days my feet started to feel sooooooo much better!!! I've been wearing custom made orthotics for 20+ years (the hard ones) and this is the first time my feet have felt so good, thanks to Dr. Michelle!!! The lumps in my arches are actually shrinking, I thought I would have them forever. I have flat feet-no arches it has been painful for several years. Do yourself the largest favour and make an appointment before your pain gets worse. From the first visit Dr. Michelle orders a painless x-ray so she can determine the best treatment for YOU!!! There isn't anything to be afraid of, and yes it may not work for you because everyone is different, but you owe it to yourself to at least TRY!!! Dr. Michelle will not hurt you and she will LISTEN to YOU!!! Her genuine and sincere care to relieve your pain is real! I've been going once a week and yes it's a bit costly after the insurance benefits run-out, but you cannot put a price on your wellbeing!!! If you are not healthy now things are probably going to get worse!!! If you don't look after yourself, no one else will. Don't think you have to live with the pain you are feeling now, make the appointment, sit down with Dr. Michelle, be heard and give it a try. She knows exactly what technique works for each sore spot. You have to do your share at home, if Dr. Michelle says ice a certain area you have to do it or you're just wasting your time and money and the doctor's time. Relief is a 2-way street, but the things she suggests really work, so once you feel the results it will become so much easier to ice your sore spot or put heat on it or whatever is suggested for you to do, just do it-LOL Like everything else the pain doesn't go away overnight, you have to do your part. Dr. Michelle isn't a magician, but she's pretty darn close!!! You owe to yourself and your loved ones to make the call. I also sit a lot and my hips have been in pain and she knows just what to do to make my hips and lower back feel better! I don't usually write testimonials, but this is too good not to share, I hope it helps you make that call. Full disclosure I am not getting out of this, I just want to share my excellent experiences with people who are suffering and don't have to. I had a very disappointing experience here. On my first visit, I was charged $140 for a session that lasted only about 10–15 minutes. The treatment provided didn’t feel thorough or helpful, and I left without any real improvement or clear plan for my care. For the high fees they charge, I expected much better service and value.She keeps attending phone calls in between. Its just a matter of earning money.I would not recommend this chiropractor based on my experience.
BEWARE: This Clinic is a SCAM This clinic uses scare tactics to push their orthotics (foot cushions) rather than properly diagnosing or treating patients. First Visit: I went in for a swollen knee. As soon as I approached the front desk, the lady—who claims to be a chiropractor—immediately told me I needed orthotics without even examining me. After a brief examination, which included some stretches and using a vibration machine on my knee, she charged me $120 and told me to get an X-ray. I decided to return, hoping she would actually address my problem after reviewing the X-ray. Second Visit: Nothing changed. She spent 20 minutes aggressively insisting that I buy their in-house orthotics and only 10 minutes on the same basic “treatment” from my first visit. Again, no real attempt to treat my knee. She charged me another $84. Do not waste your time here! They pressure every patient into buying orthotics instead of actually treating them.
Five stars! I can"t say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Michele Ellis in particular! I am very grateful for the fantastic care she has given me over a number of years. She always makes me feel that she really cares about me. She helped me through an extremely painful herniated disc, a frozen shoulder and most recently ...3 painful shoulder tears. When I first went to her with the herniated disc, I could hardly walk I was in so much pain. I couldn't even go to a play we really wanted to see because I couldn't stand any length of time or walk from the parking lot because there was nowhere to sit along the way. My husband always says that she gave him his wife back because after completing the treatments and with a bit of maintenance, I now have no pain and we can do all the things we love again. We even regularly go for long hikes and walks for pleasure.
I wish there was option for ZERO star for service I received from Dr Ellis. I was charged for 90 minutes for 30 minutes of actual service. Service was highly non professional as Dr was constantly busy answering phone calls. Not recommended at all, don't waste your time and money. Then what was the need of mentioning incorrect timings on the receipt??
