The food, as always, was great — no complaints there. However, the customer service this time was disappointing. I came in to place a take-out order, and the lady at the billing counter seemed disinterested and unapproachable, as if she was doing me a favor by taking the order. (Dated: 16th August 2025, 5:00 PM at this location) When I asked a few questions about the items, she showed no willingness to help or engage and pretending like not even want to explain the promo that was running. It felt like she just wanted to get it over with. It’s just a small order. I understand that working in a customer-facing role can be challenging, but proper training is essential — especially when someone represents the business directly. I hope the management looks into this and provides the necessary guidance, before such behavior becomes a norm
Amazing staff and great food. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend, 10/10 fast-food restaurant with flavour filled and delicious burgers, I’ll for sure be visiting again soon!
Mary Brown's on Financial is our go to for fried chicken. Moist and tender, my wife really likes the chicken burger. I get a craving for their chicken about once a month. Wow, it's been a couple of years and we're still ordering from the Financial Dr location in Brampton. And yes, it's still about a monthly event and my wife has also discovered their chicken strips, loves them along with the chicken sandwich. Me I'm old school and stick to the regular fried chicken. I particularly like the various boxes offered such as the Batters Box in the summer.
Best fried chicken, especially this location. I come here quite often and the quality consistently top notch which is hard to come by nowadays. The staff are very welcoming and considerate. Wait times are super low but food is fresh. I recommend their Spicy Big Mary and Spicy chicken pieces. You won't be disappointed.
I was excited to check this location. However I’m really disappointed. I asked the manager for FRESHLY dropped popcorn chicken and I was willing to wait. He LIED and didn’t not give me the fresh food I had requested. If We are spending more then $20 at your store we deserve fresh quality food! Not COMING BACK.
Just had the BEST HALAL fried chicken in the city!! The staff is super friendly and want to ensure their customers are enjoying their meals. Overall recommend 10/10.
Great place to conduct the meetings. This location was very clean inside and the staff was very pleasant! They ask for your name when u place the order and when they call your name, they will walk it over to u as well. Great experience :)
