If I could give this place a no star review I would. I dropped my son’s IPAD to cellular connect July 23rd, 2025. My family and I had recently returned from vacation and the IPAD was dropped a few times and the screen cracked. I was told that they do not have the part (s) on hand at the time but they could look into it and let me know the date the part (s) would be available or if they could even repair the item as soon as possible. I decided to leave it at the shop with my contact information. The next day the lady in which I left the IPAD with calls me July 24th, 2025 and says that the turn over time for the part (s) and to get the IPAD fixed would be approximately 6 weeks since it has to be ordered, and I agreed to that (which I do regret). As I have a very busy personal life (full-time nurse, 2 young boys, extra curriculars, school etc). I did believe that this process was going to be seamless and since there was an agreed upon turn around time I didn’t need to call again to ensure that my IPAD was indeed being repaired. NO further communication was EVER made by ANY staff member. I go in to the shop today August 26th, 2025 roughly six weeks later only to see my IPAD still sitting on the shelf!!! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! I definitely do not recommend cellular connect and I will not be returning.

I went to get a screen protector for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, but the quality was very poor. The shop owner tried applying 4-5 protectors, but they didn’t stick properly. In the end, he blamed the phone’s screen, saying it had a fault.
BAD EXPERIENCE !!!! I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY HAD CASES FOR SPECIFIC PHONES. THE GIRL SAID "WE ARE NOT SURE IF WE HAVE OR NOT" I ASKED CAN THEY CHECK AND THEN SHE HUNG UP. CALLED AGAIN AND NO ONE PICKED.
Not so professional about their work I ask for a screen protector they ask me to check it next day , next day when I went there they repeat same stuff so service is poor.
HORRIBLE, DONT GET YOUR STUFF REPAIRED HERE. First of all, when i got my ipad repaired, after a few days it stared started bugging ALOT and tapping by itself, the home button was broken and didnt work and I also got an iphone repaired and the SAME THING happend but the home button was working.
