We hired Blissful Bites for our wedding because we loved the concept and the energy in their social media videos, and we were really excited for their strolling donuts. The team was friendly throughout the booking process, and communication was smooth. On the day of, the donuts themselves were fine… not the most delicious we’ve ever had, but our focus was more on the overall experience than the product. We looked at just ordering delicious donuts from a local shop for half the price but figured the cost for the experience would be worth the trade off. Unfortunately, that experience didn’t happen the way we hoped. The onsite energy and engagement from the staff felt much lower than what’s shown in their videos, which took away from the fun, high-vibe moment we were expecting and paid for. We also had multiple toppings missing from what we had confirmed via email which was disappointing since some of those were the ones we were personally most excited about. While the company later explained the topping limitations, this wasn’t communicated beforehand and created a mismatch between what we believed we were booking and what was provided. To their credit, I emailed them my issues and they responded to our feedback and acknowledged the staffing issue. They offered a discount toward a future event, but since we don’t plan on hosting another event, it wasn’t a practical resolution for us so I don’t feel comfortable fully recommending them for your wedding day. Overall, the idea is great and our guests still enjoyed the donuts, but the execution fell short of the expectations set by their instagram.
Blissful Bites Catering was amazing from helping to plan our event, the menu selections, to executing setup quickly on the day of. All of our guests enjoyed the food so much and everything was fresh and delicious. Our guests were even more surprised by how beautiful the displays looked especially since we were doing an outdoor party. I would highly recommend them for any event.
I booked with the catering service at blissful bites for a birthday party and had ordered for the live waffle service. The smiles of the workers, and the warmth of each bite was truly an experience like no other. The service truly made our event unforgettable.
I booked a catering service from Blissful Bites a few weeks ago for my wedding. Their service was over the top to say the least. To begin, the food was absolutely amazing! I hired their Strolling Cannoli service, and it was one of the best choice of my life. My guests were absolutely amazed and happy with how fun it was. The workers were extremely nice and did everything perfectly and added a fun touch to my whole event. I would definitely hire them again, and would 100% go for their strolling cannoli service again, as well as their live waffle service. Such a well done from Blissful Bites!
I heard about this place through word of mouth and Instagram, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. My wife requested a quote over a month ago and we still haven't heard back. On top of that, every time we reached out, we were speaking to a different person. Each one had no patience, was rude, and the communication was completely unclear. Their Instagram also says they're based in Vaughan, but Google lists an address in Brampton, which appears to be a house. Seems unprofessional, and disorganized. Overall, messy, unorganized, and does not seem to care about potential clientele. Would not recommend.
It was my first time ordering from Blissful Bites and it's definitely not my last, I'm so glad I found them. They are by far the most professional and customer oriented business I've dealt with in a long time. Customer service is impeccable. They pay attention to your every detail and you don't feel rushed while trying to figure out what you want to get. I will be recommending them to friends and family. I am already looking forward to my next event and ordering from them. My little back yard event was a hit. Thank you Blissful Bites!!
