The technicians who performed my echocardiogram and treadmill test were kind, professional, and excellent — they truly deserve 5 stars. I have been coming to this clinic for follow-up appointments for the past 3–4 years. This was the first time I ever experienced anything like this — and it will be the last. The appointment was normal until I pointed out one blood result I had noticed was abnormal/out-of-range. When Dr. Milind Gupta asked “Which test?” and I opened the Dynacare Plus app on my phone to show him the exact result, he immediately became rude and snapped: “Focus here, not on your phone… Why are you searching on your phone? I have everything on my screen… I don’t know what you’re doing on your phone.” He dismissed the abnormal value as “all good,” told me I have no heart problems and probably don’t need to return — despite his own clinic scheduling these appointments every year. Dr. Gupta’s disrespectful and humiliating attitude left me shocked and upset. Patients who are worried about their heart deserve basic courtesy. I will not be coming back.
I would like give a feedback about dr. Gupta. My wife was not feeling well. She u does some tests as prescribed by the dr. Gupta. As per the family doctor test were not normal and need some urgent attention but this dr said every thing is fine. This is criminal behavior. There should be a way to take action against such people. I would definitely look for that....
I get appointment at 1.45PM and I arrived at 1.42 pm I mean on time and at 2 pm I ask the receptionist at what time I will go to do the test she told me after more 15 to 20 min . I mean this place doesn't respect ? ? the time . Not Recommended
Most rude doctor i have ever experienced. After he explained, I asked one question and he was like I just explained Mister, and did not bother to try rephrasing or helping us to understand his findings. He should be a mechanic not a doctor. He left the room without even letting us know that the appointment was over.
very bad experience with the office staff. changed my appointment without asking me. asked why changed, then stopped answering my call.my appointment was scheduled month ago and suddenly someone else adjusted in my time slot.so bad. I made all my arrangements to get my tests done but everything disturbed by the staff. very upset with this kind of behavior, not good professionals.
Very disappointed with Dr. Gupta’s approach to patient care. I had a virtual consult where he stated that his role was simply to communicate his interpretation of the test results, and was unwilling to answer any of my questions regarding my results or other cardiac tests/procedures, and subsequently became defensive and unsympathetic. In a time where health care has switched markedly toward virtual care, it is the responsibility of health care providers to take the time to ensure their patients’ questions are answered, and to provide reassurance and guidance during this difficult pandemic. I will not return to this office, and in order to avoid another OHIP billing benefiting Dr. Gupta on his self-serving terms, I would not recommend this Cardiologist.
My family doctor asks me to book an appointment after Osler calls my house, then on my appointment day I got my ekg done by a female doctor and then I get my results from my family doctor later on. No waiting, no fuss and I don't know why this place has bad reviews. Must be the other doctors?
