This place is amazing. Very educational patient with me even though I was asking a lot of questions about the Truck. They answered it to a T helped me. We’re always honest and are a really good place to come to definitely recommend and will always be coming back. Thank you guys again.
My husband Lenford LAR Trucking took his truck to this establishment and was really pleased with the service. They explained everything to him, they were very helpful and reasonable priced. Their customer service is excellent and they offered him refreshment and spoke English around him so he didn't feel left out. To me that's highly respectful and much appreciated. They also did a very good job diagnosing and fixing his truck. They also have a big yard with covering that allows for them to work in all weather conditions. Definitely going back as their service is topnotch!
I would like to share my recent experience with this company. We brought our truck in for repair, but not only were they unable to fix it, we were charged an additional $2000 to repair the damages made by Pro Star. In addition, one of the mechanics was intoxicated. It was a terrible experience, and I'm surprised they are still in business.
I got my truck washed here they dont care about your truck. They just spray water if you dont see when they are washing When I asked the guy that i paid for acid wash he said you dont need it and he didn’t even used soap on one side just sprayed water. When i asked the owner that they didn’t use acid to wash my truck & give me back my remaining balance he denied said i charged you for only soap wash. And then he started talking rubbish. GUYS DONT GET YOUR TRUCK WASHED FROM HERE THEY LL TAKE YOUR MONEY & ll not clean it nicely very poor service
Been to the garage mechanics know nothing about the work. They couldn't fix a simple air leak problem in my truck and rather replaced a part for no reason and charged me. They have no respect towards their customers. They should name their shop as Zero Star. They can only do oil change nothing else. Garbage place.
Very poor wash they expect more cash deals with workers in the Bay if you want good wash and you have extra then Through 10 dollars on face then they will work for you.
