I’m not at all well versed in audio or vehicles but Rick and team took care of all my needs and did it with a smile. I was able to come in and get all my services done in one day. Great service, even greater quality. Really happy with the work.
Tried to visit during posted business hours twice, both times closed. First time waited an hour and no staff showed up to open the store, no signage was posted. Second visit we even called to ensure they were open and what time they were opened until and when we showed up long before closing time, the store was closed. They obviously aren’t serious about their business hours and being available to their customers.
Great folks down there. Always really quick with the work they do and great conversation afterwards. It’s the kind of family business that you don’t see much anymore. 10 times out of 10 I’ll be bringing my car here
I went to Peel Audio on the recommendation from my mechanic. I wanted to make my already pretty loud Factory System a lot louder, but I not big on Car Audio equipment and making my Car a Vibrating noise Box on wheels!! I'd rather listen to music at home anyway! And realistically I was only trying to spend as little as possible in order to make these improvements! At first I checked around at Best Buy, Audio Video 2001, Canadian Tire , a few mom and pop shops around town and at least 2 other places for the Best Deal and the prices everywhere else were at 20% higher on 5 out of 6 items I enquired about. I got an amazing deal on a Full Set of Speakers, Sub, Car Stereo System/New Deck and A few other things. Since I was able to get such a great deal for my Dodge Challenger SRT, (which already comes standard with Harmon Carmon speaker in the Higher Model Challengers) so I was actually surprised to see that they were able to Significantly improve the Sound Quality, Highs, Base And Volume levels Far beyond my Expectations and way beyond my Factory systems abilities! Remember these are Harmon CarmonSpeakers?(one of the Best Brand out there) They already did an incredible Job sound wise! But they were able to make it even better after these Guys (Rick & Allen) were able to make my Car sound better than its ever sounded, stereo equipment wise. I definitely plan on taking my other vehicles there for some of the other audio equipment upgrades that I will be doing in the Near future! Prices, Service and Sound Quality is the Best around! Oh and here is Just a little idea about how Meticulous these Guy are with everything they do! I went by early on the day of installation to watch them put the finishing touches on the Car audio system; I asked one of the Guys (Rick) to use the Restroom while I was waiting for the Car to be Finished.......When I tell you that his restroom was sooooo Clean that you could smell the Fresh Pinesole and Bleach that was used to clean it that morning! There was absolutely no Dirt, Grim, Filth, Dust or even a Pee stain around the toilet! Not even Fingerz prints or water splashes on the Mirror. I was totally in awe at the fact of how Clean their Washroom really was!!!! It was completely astonishing to see these 2 Old School Audio Boys know how to do their Job to be able to compete with the Best of them, but also what it means to actually be clean!!!! The Ambiance and the Nostalgia that his Shop has to offer is great; nice places to sit and relax, Lots of retro and New Records for sale! (IF you've got a Record player that is, lmao!) Plus he's got tons of Home Audio and stereo equipment for sale as well. Anyone going into PEEL AUDIO will be Pleasantly Surprised, especially with the amazing Deals, sales and cost, compared to the Rest of the Competitors out there! I should know.....I CHECKED AROUND ✔️ ✅️ Go with PEEL AUDIO, you definitely will be happy you went to them in the First Place!!!!
Top tier experience at Peel Audio. Rick and Al are awesome. They are knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Went to Peel Audio based on the recommendation from my mechanic. They replaced the speakers on my car doors, because mine blew out. They gave recommendations without any pressure and did quality work. My sound system sounds great now. Beyond the great service and quality work, there was attention to detail in the space. Have to shine a light on how clean the washroom was. It was one of the cleanest customer washrooms I have seen. It definitely shows the pride they take in their work and workspace. I would 100% recommend Peel Audio to others looking to get quality car audio work.
I have known owner/operator Rick for over 30years! I implicitly trust him when it comes to all my electronic needs and wants(car audio mostly). I trust the workmanship, the advice. The sound system on my Honda Pilot rocks because of the sound advice and trust I have in him!!!! Come to Peel Audio if you want it done right!!!!!
I guess i am quite late to give a review. I believe it is never too late. We as humans rush to get a job done and when done, just rush twice as fast through the exit door. I am sorry to be late Rick. I have to blow the trumpet that you are a good man and you make me remember each time my wife starts her car and returns home safe. You fixed the dash cam 2 years ago and it is doing great. The lights on dash cam did not light up after dealer visit yesterday and it said email not connected. I wanted to call for an appointment. Did some search on internet and found simple answers and it connected. It was only then i realized how stupid i was not to have given the review earlier. Sorry, I rushed fast through the exit door. You are a good man, have good intentions and are honest as your employee. I like you both. Thank you for the good service you do to all.
