Sales team and finance team has focus on selling the vehicle only even they are lying for every single thing like interest rate and pick up date.The sales person Deepak told me interest rate 5.99 on table but paper says 6.29 later. They told me that vehicle to be deliver with mounted winter tyres but they didn't order until delivery day but I pick up the vehicle on scheduled day and they said winter tyres will be available and mount on your vehicle within week. again , the sales guy told me Brand of winter tyre to be Nexen but they ordered and mounted Chinese tyre on my vehicle which is cheaper and poor quality compared to NeXen ( South Korea brand) Don't believe on this dealership and his employees.I request to all new customer don't go to this dealership.They are lying for everything just focus on selling vehicle. Poor service and poor customer dealing. Finance manager even don't know how to deal with customer.At final papers, he added 50 dollars and I said where this $50 came from and finance Manager- Alex said I don't know. They are very unprofessional and lying. They stuck the customer in between then customer never denied to buy the vehicle because they get advance and sign the papers first afterwards disclose the major things like I explained above. I am happy with my choice for vehicle but never ever dealership.- Bolton Hyundai
Went to purchase an $80,000 vehicle from Auto Planet. (Performance auto group) Told them I didnt need financing and was told they wouldnt sell me the vehicle unless I financed it. Was kind of in shock TBH. I guess greed is part of this business. They dont want the business unless you finance and they are getting the kick back from the finance company. Higher the interest rate they can stick you with the higher the kickback from the finance company. Be careful dealing with this business
